After approval, please ship the product back to us in its original condition, with tags intact. Upon receipt and quality verification, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders placed on regular business days (Monday to Saturday) before 10:00 AM are shipped the same day. Orders received after 10:00 AM, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.
