Returns and Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for items returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. For approved returns, the product amount will be refunded to your bank account within 21 business days after we receive the returned package in its original condition, with the tag intact. Please note that only the product amount will be refunded; transaction and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request through our Returns Portal (logisy.tech) within 7 days of receiving your item, including a reason for the return or exchange. After approval, please ship the product back to us in its original condition, with tags intact. Upon receipt and quality verification, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellation
Can I Cancel My Order Before It Is Shipped?
Orders placed on regular business days (Monday to Saturday) before 10:00 AM are shipped the same day. Orders received after 10:00 AM, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.

Can I Get a Refund for My Prepaid Order if I Cancel It?
